    1. Apply to warm, damp skin, ideally after a few minutes in steam or under a hot shower.
    2. Leave on for five to ten minutes, then scrub with a traditional kessa glove to remove dead skin.
    3. Rinse thoroughly and follow with argan oil or shea butter for a complete body ritual.
