Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved appropriately.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund.

This includes cosmetic, skincare, haircare, herbal, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, even if the return request is made within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, including cosmetic, skincare, haircare, herbal, or personal care products.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
