Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to modify your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and iDEAL. Payments are processed in Euros (€).

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2-5 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@careandherbs.com so we can assist you.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

  • Within the EU: No additional customs fees apply.

  • Outside the EU: Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@careandherbs.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

If a refund is approved (for damaged or incorrect items), it will be processed to your original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card or iDEAL, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
