All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including Europe and international destinations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after placing your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & EU: approximately 2–7 business days

  • International orders: approximately 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Care & Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Care & Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@careandherbs.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
